1. Scope and site operator

These terms are between you and Complex Contents Ltd, 65 Shipchenski prohod Str, #218, 1574 Sofia, Bulgaria (the “Site Operator”), and apply only to access to and use of this informational website at app.complexcontents.com (the “Site”). It operates the associated direct-application developer account and distributes the standalone application package. The Site provides public company, support, and legal information concerning the associated developer account and applications. It does not itself operate user accounts, subscriptions, purchases, payment functionality, or the associated platform services. Any software download or application link made available through the Site remains governed by the Master Terms described below.

2. Master terms for applications and services

Use of any associated application, progressive web application, downloadable APK, software, account, subscription, purchase, or other platform service is governed by the current Sankaku Complex Terms of Service (the “Master Terms”), together with any product-specific terms presented in the relevant application or service. The Master Terms identify the contracting provider or providers applicable to those applications and services.

These website terms do not replace, restate, amend, or limit the Master Terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency concerning an application, account, subscription, purchase, or platform service, the Master Terms control. The authoritative version is the version published at the linked address and identified there by its “Last Updated” date. Changes to the Master Terms take effect as stated in the Master Terms or in the relevant application or service and do not require a corresponding update to this page.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful informational and support purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated access in a manner that impairs service, or use the Site to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Complex Contents Ltd or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated. You may make ordinary personal or internal-business use of the Site. No other rights are granted except as required by law.
